A place for North Slope recreaters to check current conditions and happenings. Please post a note when ever you return from an outing in the Uintas, so that others will know what to expect.
With the latest storm to hit the north slope of the Uintas, the Forest
Service should be able to begin early season grooming on the Lily Lake
trail system. The area did receive 6-8" at the trail head and upwards of
14" above 10,000' with this storm. Depending on conditions, we will try to
pack in the new snow with a snowcat and if possible set tracks.
