snow above Ruth Lake was classical on 6/17. No snow until lake. On top it was pock marked with melt but coming down in the trees was sensational at times. My O2 saturation dropped fron 98 to 94% on top. Pulse rose from its usual 50 to 70! Boy scouts all over the lake when I came down about 11:00 am. Tony
